Alright, I’ve never wrote about a real estate investing product on this site, but I’m going to make an exception just this once.
Why? Because I’m watching a product launch for Bulk REO Trader from Kenny Rushing that’s completely different from every other product launch that I’ve ever seen.
Why do I say that? Well, for starters – the product is something that deals with today’s market and it’s not like the late night get rich quick stuff – it’s a legitimate business. He’s investing in Bulk REO’s or Real Estate Owned. As you may know – there’s more foreclosures and bank reo’s than ever before, and it’s not going anywhere. Their inventory is going to continue to grow and as a result it’s led many banks looking to unload properties in bulk.

Oh and the other thing that’s completely different is Kenny is going to give away a house – actually 3 houses!
He’s just going to draw some names out of a hat and give the winner a house plus he’s paying the taxes and insurance for a full year.
